Why Minds Matter?
Affirming, down-to-earth, neurodivergent psychology.
Minds Matter is a neurodivergent-led psychology practice dedicated to supporting neurodivergent people and those that are curious about exploring their neurotype.
Founder and Clinical Psychologist, Emily Lovell, combines lived experience with professional expertise to provide genuine support tailored to neurodivergent minds. Emily is passionate about providing trauma-informed, neuro-affirming care in a warm, safe space. Emily takes a holistic, compassionate approach, recognising that neurodivergence shows up in many different ways. Minds Matter is a safe place for people from all backgrounds and experiences, particularly those that often go “unseen” in the general mental health system, including females, LGBTIQA+ folk, First Nation people, and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
